Growing up in a small Saskatchewan farm town I played competitive hockey and baseball as there weren’t a lot of other options . At the age of 14, I turned to fitness to overcome low self-esteem, social anxiety, and a lack of confidence. The gym became my sanctuary, offering both an escape and a sense of home.
I’m a certified trainer through NASM with specializations in corrective exercise, behavioural change, sports performance, physique & bodybuilding, and nutrition. Later, I completed all CleanHealth Fitness Institute certifications, becoming a CleanHealth Master Coach.
As an evidence-based trainer, I work closely with my mentors Dr. Layne Norton and Dr. Bill Campbell, ensuring research-backed training and nutrition recommendations.
My focus is on helping clients become pain-free while transforming their bodies, whether it’s losing fat, gaining lean muscle, or both.
Having worked many years as a Locomotive Engineer for both CP and CN rail, being on the road for up to 100 hours a week round the clock, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hardworking professionals when it comes to staying fit and active. I’ve honed a unique approach to balancing health and wellness alongside the demands of family, friends, and life’s many obligations.
My career change was inspired by a lifelong passion for fitness and a personal journey to conquer social anxiety. I aim to help others realize their true potential.

BIOGRAPHY
Coach Chelsea, is a certified ACE personal/group fitness trainer and Sports nutrition coach. Her passion for health & fitness stems from a sports background such as gymnastics, dance & track and field.
Any chance to get her heart rate going, she’s signed up for it. Her love for strength training helped her propel through a body building career which in turn led her to finding her true passion in fitness & health. Compiling endurance & strength training to become a well-rounded functionally capable athlete. Her goal is to empower you through hypertrophy, intensity & cardiovascular stimulation.
She is a firm believer in not restricting yourself to reach your goals but finding a balanced healthy life that works for YOU so you can get active & stay active.
