Energy Medicine utilizes techniques from time-honored traditions such as acupuncture, yoga, kinesiology, and qi gong. Flow, balance, and harmony can be  non-invasively restored and maintained within an energy system. 
In Energy Medicine Yoga, you’ll learn asana practices (physical postures) that incorporate poses and moves to access your underlying energy. Some of the poses look similar to yoga poses you may already be familiar with. Others will be complete departures from standard yoga and are used to influence specific flows of energy. We will incorporate pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, visualization, , EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, nutrition, diet, body image, and belief systems. The beauty of energy work is that it translates into every facet of your life—from what, how, and when you eat to how you think and how you feel about your body, mind, and life. It only starts on the mat. Energy Medicine touches every area of your life because energy touches every area of your life. The result of this practice is a deep love, appreciation, and acceptance of yourself just as you are now. This is one of the most powerful takeaways: self-love. From that place, all healing, transformation, contentment, and peace are possible. Being in flow with life, having gratitude for your very existence and experiences, joy at your abilities, compassion for others—these are the gifts life has to offer and the fruits of your Energy Medicine Yoga practice.
Meditation Teacher Training- Whether you are a yoga teacher of a student wanting to deepen your practice, this 50 hour Yoga Alliance Certified training will give you what you need. We will incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). You will learn to incorporate elements into your practice for yourself and/or your students, hold workshops and run series and training.

Eye on Alignment - Whether you're new to the practice or a well seasoned yogi, with the help of correct alignment a practitioner takes yogabhyas (yoga practice) to a completely new level. Maximizing the benefit of the asanas (poses) brings strength, flexibility and overall better understanding of your yoga practice. Join Lacey and Teddy on November 12 from 2-4pm for a fun-filled afternoon that will leave you feeling grounded, centred and most importantly aligned within your practice.
