Friends, BFFs, Couples, Acquaintances. This workshop is for anyone. One of the fundamental values of a relationship is connection.
The basic definition of yoga, coincidentally, means union. Relationships, much like yoga, are a practice that constantly unfolds before our eyes. We learn, we change and we grow.
It is when the mind, body and spirit unite that we feel this progression within both yoga and our relationship. To deepen our practices in both, we must open our minds to new feelings, thoughts, and actions.
In a modern world where we are so technologically based, it is extra important that we continue to have true, human-based connections, such as the essence of touch. Grab your loved one, a friend, invite someone you would like to get to know. Partner yoga moves to deepen the connection and relationship between two people as well as a sense of safety, trust, laughter and playfulness.
Join Lisa & Teddi December 29th 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:45 pm for an afternoon of fun, laughter, deep stretching and pure bliss. We will move through basic yoga poses together with a partner as we explore and balance all of our energy centres. After stretching we will bliss out with massage and a beautiful guided meditation themed around relationship.
This is an unheated class.
No yoga experience is necessary. No partner is necessary.
You will leave this workshop feeling open, balanced, connected, grateful, wholehearted and relaxed.
