2019 Fitness Challenge

Welcome to the No Limits Fitness 4th annual Fitness Challenge. Your commitment is to participate for a minimum of 30 minutes per day of exercise (gym, boot camp, yoga, pole-fit, squash, cardio, etc…) every day for the 30 days, if you participate in the 60 or 90 challenge, you will be allowed one day off per week. If you do miss any days, you have the option to double up on other days to make up for missed days, or simply take a picture of yourself working out or doing any other exercise elsewhere and tag our hashtags. For example, working out in your home, out on a hike, at your hotel gym facility to show you participated in minimal of 30 minutes of exercise that day and post it on Facebook and/or Instagram using these 3 hashtags – #NLFKAMLOOPS, #KAMLOOPS, #NLFFITNESSCHALLENGE.
There will be a sign in board and stickers that you add for each completed day of exercise. Everyone must come in to No Limits Fitness & Hot Yoga to update the sticker board. If you work out 2x in a day to make up for missed days you can add 2 stickers for that day.
The kickoff day is Jan 5th 2019
$20 (Whether you do the 30, 60 or 90 days)
Non Members (this includes your gym dues for the challenge)
$50 for 30 day and INCLUDES your gym membership for 30 days
$80 for 60 day and INCLUDES your gym membership for 60 days
$110 for 90 day and INCLUDES your gym membership for 90 days
