I am an experienced, ISSA-certified personal trainer and competitive Men’s Physique bodybuilder with over 10 years of experience in fitness coaching. I specialize in muscle building, strength training, fat loss, and competition preparation.
I have expertise in both online and in-person training, with a strong focus on creating personalized fitness programs to deliver optimal client results.

Melissa Phillips is a certified personal trainer, pilates instructor & bodybuilding athlete, as well as the founder of The Strong & Graceful Method™, a holistic fitness approach designed to help women build strength, confidence, and vitality – Inside and out.
Having over a decade of competitive experience with the Canadian Physique Alliance, Melissa has transformed her own life through fitness, losing over 55 pounds and earning several 1st place titles, including her recent Fit Model 40+ debut win. She brings that same passion and precision to every client session and Bootcamp she leads at No Limits Fitness.
Melissa’s classes are known for their empowering energy, creative programming, and attention to form and function. Whether she’s coaching strength circuits, Pilates-inspired flows, or high-energy Bootcamps, her mission is to help each client move with purpose, train with confidence, and feel strong, graceful, and unstoppable at any age.
