Clare is an Australian Yoga teacher who moved to Kamloops in 2016. Clare completed her 200hr RYT certification in Bali in 2016 and is passionate about teaching and passing on her love for yoga. 
Clare teaches a variety of different yoga styles from hatha and vinyasa to gentle and restorative classes. Clare hopes to help people to connect with themselves, deepen their practice and create positive change through the practice of yoga.
 Clare incorporates the key elements of breath, awareness, dristhi (gaze) into each class and believes being open to learning each day as both a teacher and always a student of yoga.
